Product Description
The ET1551U Transmitter unit is another component of the Nitek cutting edge Etherstretch™ line. The ET1551U, when connected to an ER1551U or ER1651UReceiver unit can quickly turn any ordinary Single Twisted Pair wire into a high speed network communication for distances up to 300 meters (1.000 feet). Nitek Etherstretch™ ET1551U Transmitter Extends Network communications to overcome cable distance limitations to devices in locations traditional networking does not allow. The ET1551U is ideal for retrofitting existing installations. The units are constructed of industrial grade RoHS compliant plated aluminium with a corrosion resistant finish making them very durable. The ET1551U can also be powered directly to provide 802.3at 25.5 watts to the camera (PS48 sold separately). LED indicators show the status and speed of network communications.
