Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Assembler to assist with assembling products, including printed circuit boards and subassemblies. Responsibilities include using hand tools and machines, following blueprints, maintaining equipment, and ensuring product quality. You will also assist with inventory management and basic repairs as needed. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment. This role routinely uses standard office and warehouse equipment such as small handheld tools, soldering iron, jigs, heat gun, box cutters, tape dispensers, light machinery, hand trucks, or pallet jacks. Key Responsibilities:

  • Soldering printed circuit boards
  • Subassembly for products such as cabling
  • Assist in assembling machinery, fabricated metal products, electrical equipment, appliances, and more according to directions.
  • Assist in maintaining equipment and conveyors and perform basic repairs when needed.
  • Assist in inventories tools, parts, and supplies; Assist in contacting materials handler if supplies are needed
  • Assist in periodically checking the products per company policy to ensure quality and uniform completion; Assist in resolving any identified problems and alerts supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean and ESD safe environment

Key Requirements:

  • GED or High school diploma
  • Minimum 1 years experience  of assembly work
  • Minimum 1 year experience in soldering printed circuit boards
  • Team player with a strong sense of urgency to meet goals on schedule
  • Critical thinker with excellent analytical skills and strong problem-solving ability who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrives in a fast moving, hands-on environment

Job Description:

The Channel Marketing Coordinator is a challenging and rewarding position at Nitek and is responsible for coordinating key channel relationships including planning, implementing, and overseeing sales and marketing strategies for key distributor and system integrator partners. The Channel Marketing Coordinator will develop strategies, tools, and campaigns in conjunction with our partners to promote products or services, then analyze the results to optimize Nitek’s approach and positioning. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities and growth areas within existing partner customer base, work with team to develop growth strategies, and execute short term and long-term tactical plans
  • Strengthen and expand existing Nitek partner account relationship with Manufacturing Rep Organizations
  • Ensure partners have thorough understanding of Nitek’s offerings and can effectively communicate Nitek value propositions to end user customers across multiple industries
  • Provide training to increase knowledge of Nitek solution portfolio, build brand awareness, support opportunity development, and stay front of mind

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in channel or partner management, sales, and/or account management
  • Experience working in facility management, electronics manufacturing and/or similar industries.

The Technician Specialist is responsible for assembling the parts and components to create theses devices, then testing the finished goods to ensure they function appropriately and meet Nitek’s standards and specifications. The Technician Specialist will work with the engineering team and other production staff to provide technical support, testing, diagnosing and troubleshooting for a multiple products lines, testing all features, connections and functionalities. Nitek fully updated its production equipment in 2021and 2022 and needs technicians that are comfortable working independently and with minimal direction to build prototypes, legacy assemblies, and full production builds. Key Responsibilities:

The SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Machine Operator is a challenging and rewarding position at Nitek and is responsible for ensuring the company’s SMT, screen printer, reflow oven, and selective soldering machines are running correctly and efficiently. Nitek fully updated its production equipment in 2021 and 2022 and needs an operator comfortable working independently and with minimal direction to build prototypes, legacy assemblies, and full production builds.  The ideal candidate should be flexible, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to complete daily responsibilities with limited supervision. This job can be temporary and evolve into a full time position. Ideally, this person can hit the ground running, will make an immediate impact, and is interested in an extended, multi-year role where they can make a significant contribution to the growth and success of Nitek.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set-up and operate automated SMT assembly equipment including Screen Printer, Glue Dispensing Machine, Pick and Place Machine, and Reflow Oven

  • Pick components, prepare reel and trays for production, and replenish parts as needed

Job Description:

The Product Sales Specialist is a key position at Nitek and will be the lead in qualifying, developing, and supporting inbound leads and as well as prospecting opportunities as part of outbound demand generations campaigns. The Product Sales Specialist is also be responsible for prospecting, quoting and following up with customer to close sales opportunities. The role will work with the team to manage and develop relationships with System Integrators, prepare proposals, and identify new business opportunities within existing customers. This position will require between 5-10% travel annually. Ideally, this person can hit the ground running, will make an immediate impact, and is interested in an extended, multi-year role where they can define the position and make a significant contribution to the growth and success of the Nitek.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop deep understanding of Nitek data transmission solutions and value proposition.
  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new sales leads and evangelize Nitek technology through regular phone and email contact.
  • Help develop and conduct high-volume demand generation campaigns (email, call, social) to potential customers to evangelize and generate awareness and interest in Nitek’s products and services.
  • Provide technical sales support to customers through phone, email, and online meeting platforms.
  • Work with internal Nitek and outside marketing services to create compelling, custom content for partners, including case studies, battle cards, solution overviews, data sheets, and presentations.
  • Support Nitek marketing, sales, and technical support to develop and execute product promotions, partner enablement and training, and customer campaigns across all platforms.
  • Stay current on industry developments and share research with Marketing and Engineering.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required.
