1) No purchase is necessary. Entrants must be U.S. Residents 18 years of age or older and have a valid drivers license, military, or passport identification at time of entry and upon acceptance of prize. Employees of NITEK, NITEK Sales Representatives, or any other persons directly affiliated with NITEK are not eligible and will be disqualified.

2) Entries must be filled out in thier entirety and must be made in person at the NITEK Booth 10040 at the ISC West Expo in Las Vegas on March 24th, 25th and 26th, ,2010. by deposit of an official entry form into the container provided in Booth 10040. Forms are available on the NITEK website in advance of the Expo, or may be obtained at Booth 10040 during the Expo. Participants should be sure to input their correct contact information so that they will be eligible to win the prize. Participation in the Drawing constitutes Participant's understanding of, full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of, these Official Rules.

3) Only one entry per person will be permitted. Duplicate entries will be deleted. Entries will close at 2:00 P.M. Pacific Time on March 26th and the drawing will occur shortly thereafter.

4) The drawing will be for One Trek Model 3900 Special Edition Mountain Bike or an equivalent Trek Model, in the event the 3900 SE is unavailable at the time of the drawing. The Bike will be shipped to the winner and shipment charges for the Bike will be covered by NITEK to any location within the Continental U.S.

5) The winning entrant and a runner-up entrant will be randomly drawn . Entrants do not have to be present at time of drawing to win. The winner will be notified by email and must respond to NITEK via telephone or email by April 26th, 2010. In the event the winner does not respond in the allotted time the prize will be forfeited, the runner-up will be declared the winner and will be contacted by NITEK.

6) All decisions of NITEK are final and binding. All federal, state and local laws apply. By entering this drawing, participants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official drawing Rules and the decisions of the judges. If prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and will be awarded to the runner-up winner. All applicable federal, state and local taxes or fees are the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitutions or cash redemption of prize as offered. Prize is non-transferable.

7) By entering , winning, and/or accepting the Trek Mountain Bike, the Winner agrees to release NITEK, affiliates, together with respective employees, officials, partners, owners, officers, directors, and agents including advertising and promotional sponsors from any and all liability with respect to the prize.
